We know that busy lives are often filled with dietary restrictions as well, which is why we’re pleased to offer this section with nutritional information. Note that amounts listed in the labels are approximate.

All of our meals are available with meat, vegetarian, vegan, or gluten free, and we can accommodate a number of intolerances, including dairy. We want you to have fresh and healthy meals no matter what your dietary restrictions might be.

Summer Vegetable CasseroleThinly sliced potatoes & zucchini layered with seasoned white bean puree, tomato sauce, mushrooms, bell pepper, summer squash, spinach, onions and chopped tomatoes.

Served with a side of green beans this dish is grain free and loaded with veggies!

Thinly sliced eggplant is stuffed with our macadamia nut ricotta, then rolled up and baked with our marinara sauce.  Served with lemon roasted artichokes & tomatoes.

Cauliflower Couscous
Roasted eggplant, red onions, bell pepper, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, and garbanzo beans are mixed with lemon zest, vinegar, mustard and seasonings then served over a freshly made cauliflower couscous.

Garlic and quinoa are a match made in heaven, and so are basil and tomatoes! This dish combines both combinations: protein-rich garlic quinoa with housemade walnut-basil pesto and roasted heirloom cherry tomatoes. Served with a side of lemon green beans.
